Raycon Technology, Inc. introduces a new line of high-density, space saving, dual-row, 0.050-inch pitch IDC receptacles and mating shrouded headers.

Female IDC receptacles have high-reliability beryllium copper insulation displacement terminals plated with up to 30ì” of gold over nickel. Housings are molded from black PBT and feature a molded-in center polarizing bar. These receptacles accept standard 0.025” pitch, 30AWG flat ribbon cable.

Male headers are available in through-hole vertical, through-hole right angle, and surface-mount styles. These headers feature phosphor bronze contacts plated with up to 30ì” of gold over nickel. Shrouds are molded from black PBT and feature center slot for polarization. Headers with integrated latches are also available in all termination styles.

Both male and female connectors are available in standard sizes ranging from 10-positions to 50-positions. Custom sizes are available. Prices range from $1.00 to $4.00 depending upon quantities.
