Raycon Technology, Inc. introduces a new line of High-Power, Press-Fit DIN Power Contacts for use in 2mm Hard Metric Type L, M, and N connector modules. These contacts will work with all industry standard hard metric products and require no soldering.

Female contacts are machined from beryllium copper and have a nickel plated lock ring which secures the contact in the connector housing. Male contacts are machined from brass and are available in 3 mating levels to facilitate first mate, last break applications.

Both the male and female contacts are available with standard IEC performance class 1 and 2 plating levels and have a maximum current carrying capacity of 40 Amperes.

Pricing for male contacts ranges between $2 and $4 depending upon quantities. Female contact pricing ranges from $3 to $5 depending upon quantity. Lead-times for production quantities are currently stock to 6 weeks.
